Methods of treatment of Chinese and Tibetan Oriental Medicine
There are four main methods of treatment in Chinese and Tibetan medicine : the right lifestyle, right diet, remedies (herbal treatment) and external methods of influence.
Sometimes the patient can be cured just by correction of his diet and lifestyle. A physician always gives individual recommendations to the patient, depending on his the constitution (Mucus, bile, wind). This works for cases where disease has just started and the person came in time. In Chinese and Tibetan medicine, such diseases are called «weak». There are also «strong» diseases which require more serious treatment, including the use of herbal remedies and therapeutic procedures. There are never two identical people, so there are never two identical cases of disease. Each case is analyzed by the physician of Chinese and Tibetan medicine strictly individually. This helps to find the cause of a disease with maximum accuracy and is a key in right correction of patient’s diet and lifestyle, is a key in right set of herbal remedies and methods that are suitable for each person and will «hit like a rock in the face of the disease» ( «Chzhud-shek»). Physicians of «Naran» clinic managed to recover and develop treatment methods that have been used by our ancestors - emchi-llamas of Buryatia. The physicians today have both the legacy of past centuries and modern medicine. The main idea of a complex treatment is that a physician of Tibetan medicine is dealing with a person, as a single system, if a person has pain in a body, then this imbalance affect the whole body. It is necessary to restore the balance of the body as a whole. Such integrated approach makes it possible for our physicians to cure many various diseases and be successful in treating even the most complicated and severe cases. The psychological attitude of patient is especially important for successful treatment. Optimism, good mood, good spirits, confidence in the future are the qualities that develop in our patients during the treatment by methods of the Tibetan and Chinese medicine.
